Auto top-up period card

When you auto top-up your period card, you never need to think about whether or not the card is valid; just take the trip. When your period expires, the card is topped up automatically the next time you hold it against a card reader. You pay one week in advance. You receive an sms two days before we draw the payment for the next top-up from your bank account. If for some reason the money cannot be drawn from your account, you are notified via sms that the Auto top-up service will be closed. Remember to activate your period card within 180 days of purchase, otherwise it will become invalid. This is also the case when you auto top-up.

Auto top-up your account

When you auto top-up, you never need to go to a customer service shop to top-up your card. This is done automatically as soon as the card becomes empty or a minus sum is registered when paying for/starting a trip. SEK 200 is then added to your card. When you order the service, you pay SEK 200, which is drawn from your bank account. And this is the sum that is automatically added to your card the next time it becomes empty. Subsequent payments are drawn from the same bank account. Within a couple of days of the card being auto topped up, you receive an sms telling you when the money will be drawn from your bank account. If for some reason the money cannot be drawn from your account, you are notified via sms that the auto top-up service will be closed. You are also told of when we will make a new and final attempt to draw the money from your bank account.

Auto top-up – period and pay-as-you-go

A card can hold both period and pay-as-you-go and both can be topped up.
