How to find out about service disruptions

In the top left-hand corner you will find details of all disruptions, both current and future. You can sort them by municipality to get a better overview. You can also click to see current disruptions on the map. Click on the symbols displayed to see more information about which lines are affected and how long the disruption is expected to last.

Travel planner

When you search for a journey in Travel planner, you will be told if a service is running late or if it has been replaced with a different vehicle or is operating a different route. Click on the + sign in front of the suggested journey to see all the information about it.


Our Travel planner app tells you if a service is running late or other information that it may be important for you to know.


When you search for a journey in Travel planner, you can order journey monitoring at the same time. We will then send an sms to your mobile 15 minutes in advance if a service is expected to be at least ?? minutes late.

Signs at stops

Many of our stops have signs showing how many minutes until the bus or tram arrives.

Stop announcements

In the event of major delays or disruption to services, we announce information using the loudspeakers installed at larger stops.
