What happens if you are unable to take payment from my bank card?

This could be because there are insufficient funds on your bank card or because you have changed bank card. If you have auto top-up for a period card, the Auto top-up service will be removed from the Västtrafikkort and you will receive notification by sms and e-mail that Auto top-up has been removed. If you auto top-up pay-as-you-go, you will receive a reminder to ensure that the payment can be taken. We will make one further attempt to take the payment and if we are unable to do so, the Auto top-up service will be removed from the Västtrafikkort.
