Västtrafik's travel guarantee covers journeys you undertake using Västtrafik passes and tickets on buses, trams, trains and ferries.
The travel guarantee also covers routes not serviced by Västtrafik as long as you are travelling using Västtrafik's passes and tickets. If you want to make a claim under the Västtrafik travel guarantee for this type of journey, you must enclose a copy of a valid Västtrafik ticket.
Please remember: During high summer, there are frequent road traffic jams in Bohuslän which may cause delays in bus services. As a result, we cannot always guarantee the connections listed in timetables. Passengers should allow a greater margin of error when changing transport, and we recommend that, if you have an important appointment, you start your journey by catching an earlier bus/train/tram/ferry.
