Journeys not covered by the travel guarantee

The travel guarantee does not cover travel on demand and supplementary services, or transport for the disabled/elderly and transport for the sick.
On connecting routes, the travel guarantee covers only that part of the journey undertaken on a Västtrafik pass or ticket.
The travel guarantee does not cover booked services, even if these are undertaken aboard vehicles labelled Västtrafik, or special services which require special tickets, e.g. the Ringlinien route in Göteborg.
