Our services run to the times stated in the timetable, unless announcements to the contrary are issued via adverts, notices at stops or on our website.

You will receive the information you need for your journey

You can obtain the information you need for your journey through Västtrafik's website or by ringing customer services on +46 (0) 771 41 43 00. Information on routes and timetables is posted at most stops. Route numbers and/or destinations are clearly displayed on Västtrafik vehicles. Timetables for the routes you are travelling on, as well as information on the cost of journeys, are displayed aboard the vehicle. Aboard many vehicles, the names of the stops are announced automatically. If such a system has not been fitted, you can ask the driver to announce your stop. If possible, we will provide information on disruptions and interruptions to services.

The interior of Västtrafik's vehicles should be undamaged, clean, tidy and safe. The vehicles are regularly maintained and are reliable.
