How traffic is affected by the race
Public transport will take different routes than usual through Gothenburg at 12.30 p.m to around 07:30 p.m.
Tram lines affected: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 och 13.
Bus lines affected: 4E, 10E, 16, 18, 25, 30, 50, 60, 61, 90, 753, X2, X3, Röd express and Flygbussarna.

Free shuttle buses
In addition to regular public transport, there are free shuttle buses for runners in Göteborgsvarvet. Shuttle parking is available at Åby Arena. From here, shuttle buses depart on May 18 to the start area with the first departure at 09:00 a.m. The buses are free of charge and marked with Göteborgsvarvet.
The buses stop at Jolengatan, Otto Elanders gata, A Odhners gata, Olof Asklunds gata, J A Wettergrens gata and Margretebergsmotet/Botaniska.
The last departure from the finish area back to Åby is at 07:30 p.m. All shuttle buses are accessible.
Styr & Ställ - Simple and cheap rental bike
Styr & Ställ is the city's loaner bikes that can be found in several places around central Gothenburg. To be able to borrow a Styr & Ställ bike, you need to register and buy a ticket. You can easily do this in the Nextbike app or on Styr & Ställ's website.
Please note that the Slottsskogsgatan and Dalen's sports field stops will be closed during Göteborgsvarvet. Up-to-date information about closed and possibly full stops can be found in the app - Nextbike.

With your own bike
Plan your trip via the Cycle Journey Planner on trafiken.nu. There you can search for your trip, see traffic disruptions, find bicycle pumps, parking lots and cycle paths and see your nearest Styr & Ställ station. If you cycle through Slottsskogen, keep in mind that there will be limited progress and a lot of people in the area, show consideration for pedestrians.
