Travel as much as you like for one or three days. Adults (20 or older) may travel with up to 3 accompanying children under the age of 20 on a valid ticket.

Single Ride Ticket

One-way tickets can be purchased at our points of sale, aboard boats and from automats on the tram.

Text Message Ticket*

While you’re travelling in Gothenburg, you can also buy a ticket with your mobile phone. Send an sms with the code GV (or GS if you’re under the age of 20) to 724 50 prior to boarding. Within a few seconds, you’ll receive a reply with your valid ticket. If you’re travelling with a group, you’ll need one text message ticket per person. This service is only available if you have a Swedish mobile phone operator.

You can easily find one of our authorised points of sale by looking for the blue flag. Most of our points of sale are newsagents and supermarkets. You’ll either receive a paper ticket or a pre-paid card. You can also buy tickets with coins or your debit card from the ticket machines on trams and some boats.
