If you have left a valuable item behind, such as a mobile phone or a computer, we need a detailed description so we can be certain that we return it to the right person. Expect us to ask for the IMEI number (mobile phone), serial number and receipt, for example.
Remember that it usually takes at least one working day before items arrive in our lost property department.
