Can I receive a refund for my period ticket that I no longer want or am unable to use?

We are currently looking into the issue. So far we do not have a ready-made solution, but are investigating whether and how we can compensate customers who have bought period tickets, but for various reasons are unable use them. It is important to remember that we do not own the issue ourselves, since it concerns the entire region's budget, which also includes healthcare.
