Receipts for tap purchases

Here you can find and print receipts for tickets that you have purchased by tapping your bank card. Retrieve your receipts by entering your payment card details.

  • You can retrieve receipts for payments that are up to 90 days old.
  • Have you tapped a payment card on a mobile device? Enter the card details of the physical payment card that the mobile card is linked to.

How we protect your data

Payment card details are handled in a secure manner and are not stored by Västtrafik. The service for retrieving receipts meets the current requirements of the international security standard PCI DSS.
