Recording of telephone calls to Customer service

When you ring Västtrafik Customer service, your call may be recorded. This is so we can help you to the best of our ability and also for your security and Västtrafik’s.

What we do with recorded calls

  • Calls are saved for seven weeks
  • Only a few people have authorisation to listen to recorded calls


Calls may be used for the following purposes:

  • To ensure quality
  • To develop procedures and training materials
  • To clear up any confusion
