Recording of telephone calls to customer service

When you dial in to Västtrafik's Customer service call can be recorded. We do this to be able to help you in the best way and for your and Västtrafik's security.

What we do with recorded calls

  • Calls are saved for seven weeks
  • Only a few people have authorisation to listen to recorded calls

 

Calls may be used for the following purposes:

  • To ensure quality
  • To develop procedures and training materials
  • To clear up any confusion
