Västtrafik card or ticket in the app
You can have your ticket in the Västtrafik To Go app or on a Västtrafik card.
In zone A you can buy an adult ticket by tapping your card against the card reader. Tap to pay in zone A
In the app, you simply buy a new ticket when the old one has run out. With a Västtrafik card, you top it up when your period ticket has expired or if there is no more money left on the card.
Choose how you want to buy a ticket
You can buy single tickets, period tickets and day tickets via our app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
To top up a card with a new balance, you need to visit our customer centre or one of our many sales agents. Agents are ordinary shops that sell Västtrafik’s tickets. For example Pressbyrån, 7-eleven and ICA.
You can buy a ticket on board at most vehicles. The range of tickets available to buy or top up on board varies according to which line you are travelling on.
