How to travel with On call traffic
- Find your trip in the travel planner or in the timetable.
- Call 0771-91 90 90 and book the tour at least one hour before it departs.
- Find your trip in the travel planner or in the timetable.
- A phone number is included in the timetable or the journey planner. Call and book the tour. The latest booking time depends on the route you are travelling on.
Tickets and prices
Season ticket and day ticket
You can travel with season tickets and day tickets in the Västtrafik To Go app, or on a Västtrafik card if you have the ticket's validity certificate with you. You can get a certificate of validity in our customer centre and at our agents. You can also travel on day tickets as a paper ticket.
School card
You can travel with a school card during their validity period. The validity period is printed on the card.
Senior ticket
If you have a senior ticket on a Västtrafik card, you can travel using your senior ticket as long as you carry the ticket’s proof of validity and travel during the times when the ticket is valid. You can obtain a certificate of validity from our agents.
If you have the senior ticket in the Västtrafik To Go app, you do not need a certificate of validity.
