Summer ticket

This is how the summer ticket works

• You can buy the ticket between June 15 - July 31. The final possible expiry date for an activated ticket is August 29.
• You buy the summer ticket in the Västtrafik To Go app.
• The ticket is valid for 30 days.
• The ticket is valid around the clock in zones A, B and C. That is, the entire county of Västra Götaland and Kungsbacka municipality. 
• The ticket is valid on all Västtrafik's vehicles within Västtrafik's area. Exceptions are certain train routes with SJ Regional. Read more about the summer ticket's validity.
• If you are an adult, you can bring three young people (7-19 years old) on your ticket. Terms for Travel 4 for 1 with summer ticket.
• The ticket is activated immediately at the time of purchase. 
• You can not lend the ticket.
