Commuting with annual season ticket

A simple way to make the lives of your coworkes easier and become a more attractive employer is to offer them annual seasonal tickets for public transport.

How to order annual season tickets

Your coworkers get a season ticket for 365 days as a benefit. Obviously, the ticket can be used for off-work travels as well.

  1. Apply to become a corporate customer with us.
  2. Your coworkers submit their orders to you by filling in the forms (find the form below).
  3. Order the tickets as requested by your coworkers on the Corporate Portal. The tickets will be available in our app Västtrafik To Go or loaded on a Västtrafik card.
  4. We send the invoice upon completion of the order.

Tickets ordered for the app are sent directly to the specified phone number in form of a value code that can be redeemed during 30 days. Orders for Västtrafik card tickets are delivered after ten days from the day of submitting. Remember, the deal ”4 travelers, 1 ticket” is available only in the app Västtrafik To Go.

Ways to offer an annual season ticket

  • Net salary deductions: A fixed sum is deducted from coworkers’ net salary every month. This works as a repayment.
  • Social benefit: Staff members get tickets as a taxable social benefit.

Net salary deduction example

Bella commutes between Borås and Gothenburg. She orders the annual season ticket Zon ABC Vuxen 365 Dagar through her employer. Bella pays SEK 1,558 per month that is deducted from her salary.

In comparison to buying a 30 day-ticket year round, Bella saves SEK 3,744.

30-/90-days tickets and Flex ticket

It is absolutely possible to order season tickets for 30 and 90 days, as well as our new Flex ticket. Remember that Flex ticket can only be received to the Västtrafik To Go app.

  1. Apply to become a corporate customer with us.
  2. Order tickets for your coworkers on our Corporate Portal.
  3. Coworkers till receive a text message with a link. By clicking on the link, the ticket can be activated in our app Västtrafik To Go.

Västtrafik card

  1. Apply to become a corporate customer with us.
  2. Fill in the order form below with the information about ticket types you would like to order. Send the form to us.
  3. We send the tickets to you so that you can hand them out to your coworkers.
  4. We recommend that you as administrator register the tickets on the Corporate Portal upon receiving them. In this way, you will be able to see the tickets and their respective holders, and your coworkers will be able to replace lost tickets. Unregistered tickets cannot be replaced in case of loss.
