- When you have accepted your offer you will receive a voucher that you can redeem in our app Västtrafik To Go. When you redeem the ticket you can choose to activate the ticket within 30 days.
- Done! You can now travel for 14 days in Västra Götaland. Have a pleasant journey!

You need to redeem the voucher within 10 days. Once you redeem the voucher, you can choose to activate the ticket at once or within 30 days in the future.
The test offer is sent to a pre-determined selection of people where some of the criteria are that the person must be between 19-63 years old, have a car in the household and not have traveled regularly with us before.
The newly moved in-offer is sent to people who have moved in to or between municipalities in Västra Götaland, and who are between 19-63 years old.
It is only possible to take advantage of one test offer per 365 days.
Remember! To receive the offer, you need to make sure that you have entered the correct email address and accepted communication via "Manage your emails", otherwise we will not be able to contact you.
Our guarantee in case of loss is linked to your account in Västtrafik To Go. Since you must have an account to activate the offer, the guarantee is automatically activated when you redeem the value code. Download Västtrafik To Go on a new phone and log in and your ticket will be in your account. You can only change your phone twice in a 30-day period.
By clicking "Lend" in the Västtrafik To Go app, you can send your ticket by text message to someone else. They must have the Västtrafik To Go app. The recipient can then use your ticket until 04:00 the next day. Keep in mind that you cannot use the ticket yourself when it is on loan.
