An offer from your municipality
It is your municipality that decides whether to offer a senior ticket and from what age (65 or 75 years). The municipality pays the senior ticket for you, but some municipalities charge a one-time administrative fee. See information for each municipality below.
The senior ticket can be ordered at Mitt konto up to two months before you meet the municipality's age requirement, but you cannot start travelling with it until you have reached the age requirement. If you are registered in a municipality that offers a senior ticket, you will receive a letter with order information a few weeks before you turn 65 or 75 years.
For which traffic and hours the senior ticket is valid varies depending on the municipality. Select your municipality from the list to see the validity of your ticket.
