How much you get in compensation when you travel with our tickets

The compensation you receive when a trip has been late depends on how many minutes  the departure is delayed and how much the trip costs.  Here you can see what compensation you can get if you were 20 minutes late and took another departure or refrained from travelling.

Example

You were delayed by 25 minutes. The single ticket price for your journey was SEK 40. 

You will receive the following compensation:

  • If you choose a voucher, you will receive SEK 50. 
  • If you choose money deposited into your bank account, you will receive SEK 20. 

20 min delay = 50% of trip ticket price back
