Receive a partial refund of the ticket price
When we refund a 90- or 365-day ticket that you no longer intend to use, you will receive part of the ticket price back. We cannot refund the full value of the remaining days on the ticket. This is because 90- and 365-day tickets are already discounted.
How much you receive
For each new 30-day period that has been started on your ticket, we deduct the price of a corresponding 30-day ticket, and you receive the remaining amount.
Example
Refund after 27 days:
- You have a Zone A 365-day ticket that cost SEK 8,600.
- Since the ticket has been started, we deduct the price of a Zone A 30-day ticket, which is SEK 860.
- You will receive SEK 7,740 as a value code.
Refund after 50 days:
- You have a Zone A 365-day ticket that cost SEK 8,600.
- Since the ticket has been started and used for more than 30 days, we deduct the price of two Zone A 30-day tickets, which is SEK 1,720.
- You will receive SEK 6,880 as a value code.
Receive the amount as a value code
The refunded amount is issued as a value code to be used in the Västtrafik To Go app. The value code can be used to purchase other tickets from us. Please note that your ticket will be blocked when you request a refund.
