Refund for 90- and 365-day tickets

If you have a 90- or 365 day ticket, you can get help refunding it. Here you will find information on how to get a refund for a ticket.

Receive a partial refund of the ticket price

When we refund a 90- or 365-day ticket that you no longer intend to use, you will receive part of the ticket price back. We cannot refund the full value of the remaining days on the ticket. This is because 90- and 365-day tickets are already discounted.

How much you receive

For each new 30-day period that has been started on your ticket, we deduct the price of a corresponding 30-day ticket, and you receive the remaining amount.

The table below shows how much you will receive when refunding a 90-day or 365-day season ticket. The amounts apply to Zone A. Any discount on period tickets available to residents registered in Gothenburg is not included in the amounts shown.

Receive the amount as a value code

The refunded amount is issued as a value code to be used in the Västtrafik To Go app. The value code can be used to purchase other tickets from us. Please note that your ticket will be blocked when you request a refund.
