At the Textile Museum you will meet the history of the textile industry – but also the future. Go to exciting exhibitions about fashion, design, art and innovative textiles. It is also home to one of Europe's foremost collections of textile machinery. Nearby is also Navet Science Center, where you can explore the world of science with experiments and challenges, as well as Borås Art Museum, which has exhibitions with contemporary art and moving images.

Abecita Pop Art&Photo
Stop: Knallelland.
At Abecita Popkonst & Foto there are unique art collections based on the pop art of the 1960s. Here you will find graphic works by Warhol, Bourgeois and Hockney, among others. The permanent exhibition also includes works of award-winning Nordic textile art. In addition, there are always various photo exhibitions with both Swedish and international photographers. Each exhibition is usually shown for four to six months.

Borås Zoo
Stop: Boråsparken.
Wildlife, wilderness, playgrounds and walking paths. Whichever you are looking for, it can be found in Borås zoo. In the Nordic forest there are, among other things, brown bears, wolves and lynx. In the jungle kingdom you will see monkeys, tigers and lions. For those who are interested in the animals of the savannah, there are also elephants, rhinos and giraffes. In the dino park, you can brush out dinosaur fossils and look at life-size dinosaur figures.

Kulturstigen
Stop: Folkhögskolan Fristad.
At Fristads Folkhögskola's parking lot, Kulturstigen begins, a seven-kilometer-long hiking trail with as many as 32 sights and cultural monuments along the way. The trail goes past Hedås school from 1913, Arta village's old burial ground and Sibbarp's village's bronze age cairns. In the forest there are remains from ancient agriculture and at the end of the trail is Galgbacken – an execution site where the last execution took place in 1863.
