How we tested the mobile application
- ETU AB has conducted an independent review of the Västtrafik To Go app. The revision was made on April 6, 2021 of version 4.16.1.
- Internal review of the entire app conducted March 2025, regarding version 4.47.

Unduly burdensome accommodation
- We invoke unreasonably burdensome adaptation under section 12 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Service for the use of the app in a horizontal position. When your device is rotated 90 degrees, the content in the app does not adapt to the horizontal position. We invoke unreasonably burdensome adaptation as adaptation would be a very costly investment and involve maintenance and work that we do not have the capacity for at present.
- We invoke unreasonably burdensome adaptation under Section 12 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Service for moving content in the app that a user cannot stop or pause. We invoke particularly burdensome adaptation as adaptation entails too low a level of security regarding ticket purchases, reorganisation of our visa and ticket control work and deviations from the ticket standard that we apply jointly with other transport authorities in Sweden.
