Validity of the Västtrafik card

The Västtrafik card gets worn out and must be replaced after a number of years. That means that your card may stop working even though you have money or days left on it.

There are several ways to get help:

Visit our customer centre at the Nils Ericson terminal in Gothenburg. The staff will give you a new card with the same value as your old card.
Log in to My account to replace the old card and receive a new one by mail.
Contact our customer service to replace the old card and receive a new one by mail.
